Thank for Avira. I tried to download other free antivirus, but they all have put in my computer bullshit.
Then I decided use Avira. I don't know yet of efficiency of this program, it will be later.

After installation some unpredictable slow-down in the performance occurred.May be due to Non-compatibility with Microsoft Security Essentials!

Hey guys. I found your product easy to use andget going with, however...I ran 2 scans. The first indicated some minor threats and quarantined them. I thought that was great! The second indicated nothing was wrong. I thought that was great as well. Then I tried using my system for some "off the net" apps and got a message saying my pc was infected and in danger. The message came from windows itself. My pc was still slow and aggravatingly un responsive. I then went through a difficult search for other tools to rremove what was left in my machine. After a long sleepless night I found something that worked which removed 7 nasty trojans and wiped them out completely. My wife has been online for most of the day and said everything since has been good and problem free. Ithink that is due to your productand for that I thank you generously. I still haven't managed to delete the items in quarantine though and was hoping for some feedback on how to do that. Awesome work otherwise, thanks so much.

I don't know if l have had any problems with my security since my 360 ranout,but so far so good,
when your security is free it's worth the look,
l just hope in a months time, l can write a better and full report, as the saying go's [it's to good to be true ]and it's usually right l hope that the free Anti Vira prouves that saying to be wrong..Rov..

Avira Antivirus is a reliable product!
It save my mobile phone from death. I had problems with my phone some weeks ago that could not be resolved by a phone-technician, he only told me some trojans ( malicious viruses) had enveloped the phone and as such would pack-up soonest, i used the anti-virus on my system to scan the phone and the memory card (avast anti-virus) but it indicated that there was no infections, so i used a friend's system with AVIRA antivirus to scan the phone.
It did not only detect the viruses on the phone, it brought my treasured phone back to life!
Big thanks to avira antivirus and the product manufacturers, God bless u guyz.

This review is to say "Thank you," for assiting a gray haired lady with modern technology. When setting up my home PC I turned to Avira Antivir Personal FREE antivirus. Since it was suggested that the same be installed on my lap top earlier.

Hi, thanks for a great tool for safty on the net.
Apart from being easy to down load even on a mobile slow system it still only took 40 minuets
and more impressed this is really free , not the usual free to down -load then get hit with registration fees. found one minor Trogen which was swiftly removed. Thanks again.

I still have not much to say because after several times trying to install the software and turn up unfinished, perhaps being blocked by the virus or something else. each time I double click setup, it showed that Avira uncompressing files (may be) but it never finished, the setup menu suddenly closed, I tried to scan online but also before having the results of the scanning the computer hung up.
But thank you for providing the free antivirus
